Who are we?

We are rtv5, Rice University's student-run television station. You can watch us on channel 5 anywhere on campus (and in the graduate student apartments), or you can watch us video-on-demand from this site.

What do we do?

• We help students get their ideas into production and on the air. rtv5 has state-of-the-art studio and editing equipment, as well as a growing body of production experience. We are the best resource for any Rice student seeking to produce video or learn more about video production.



• We make shows. rtv5 produces a regular line-up of original content, from news to reality entertainment. You can check out what we have to offer here. See something missing? Let us know - even better, come help us make it happen!

• We film stuff that happens on campus. Every day, things happen that you're interested in - club events, sports, plays, shows - and we want to record it, so that busy Rice students can catch up on what they've missed, and so that hardworking student organizations can reach as many people as possible.
